This herd came through early in the evening. I ran for the camera and telephoto lens, but this is the best I could do. Then later, as I was closing windows for the night, the whole group of them were on our lawn and looking at us through the diningroom window. By then it was too dark for a good pic and I don't think I could've snuck up on them anyway. There were about a dozen, with 8 bucks in velvet. Very pretty!
