O/T: does anyone keep up with the TV show "Bones?"

a couple of nights ago, an episode was broadcast about a serial killer nicknamed "Gravedigger" who would kidnap people, bury them underground, and give the victims' family or friends a short period of time to pay a ransom. Both Dr. Brennan and the rich guy with the beard were kidnapped and buried together in a car that was itself buried underground. They were rescued and the episode ended. However, nothing was said about the kidnapper. Was he identified in a later episode? If so, who was he, or she? Thanks.

I can't remember! I know he is a killer that pops up every
now and then on there...oh wait...I think they figured out one of the interns was helping him! He was sent to an institution...but I can't recall what happened to the killer.
