O/T .... anyone purchase the Susan Boyle CD?
Submitted by Anonymous on April 21, 2010 - 12:35amI got my copy on Friday and listened to it twice in my office. I enjoyed it very much. Her voice is beautifully suited for ballads. She does the "remakes" well enough, but I look forward to more orginal work that is composed just for her ....

Yes, I bot it, it is fantastic
one song I would love to hear her sing is "Don't Cry For Me, Argentina." As for someone writing songs for her, from what I have read, Simon Cowell pretty much controls her career right now, so there probably isn't too much she can do on her own. At least not for now.

Yes, infact, I've bought two!
I lost the first one somehow and had to buy another one. I really enjoy all the songs and often play it in my classroom before school. A few of my 9th graders have commented on the songs and recognized her voice.
