O/T again: does anyone do Tai Chi?

not sure if I spelled that correctly. But it's sort of like an exercise or meditation routine that involves slow movements of the limbs and the body.

If you are familiar with it, does it help you, or others?

I tried it and really liked it

It's more "dynamic" than yoga, I find, because you are always moving.

The hard part is learning the moves. I took four classes and then missed the next two and was completely lost. But I really did like it and would like to start up again one of these days. I have a feeling when you get the routine down pat, you can really clear your mind.

guy here swears by yoga..

i knew a guy that used to do tai-chi once.. and that is pretty much the extent of my knowledge..

if it makes any difference.. he was a nutter...
pretty sure that the tai-chi had nothing to do with it.

bulldogs ehh!

I would think

any kind of exercise like that would help you mentally and physically. I have heard of it, but dont know anything about it.
