Auggie has had them a couple of times. They are common in puppies upt to 3-4 years It goes away on its own. Try not to have him lick it. I would have the vet check it out to be sure.
i also have a dog that has this. sometimes they are a lot bigger
baytril or cipro is the only thing that has shrunk them. but they eventually come back. in the same boat
