I took this boy in as an owner surrender on the 17th of Jan, and had him about 2 weeks, he left yesterday for long term Foster care. But because of only being able to post about Rescue on Fridays and Saturdays (I was away at shows last weekend) I haven't posted about him yet. His name is Julius, about 2 years old, sweet natured and gets along well with other dogs. He promises to be a good dog for whoever is lucky enough to get him
And another development from today - Got a phone call from a young couple I placed a deaf pup of mine with 2 years ago, they have had a major lifestyle change (job related) and can no longer keep her. So she is coming back to me this weekend. We will welcome her into our herd and probably be seeking a home for her after she is evaluated for health, condition, etc. She is a littermate to my girl Laura and looks like her. Here is a photo of the litter, the only one I'm sure of who is who is Douglas, at the far right.
No pics to share...but

Ack!
That is cold. A couple of days ago it was in the 50's and today it's in the 20's.

Aww, what a doll!
I'm sure he is going to make some family very, very happy! Thanks for sharing!
Frankly, I don't blam her
It's so cold here, the hair in my nose is freezing!
Well my rescue is asleep on the couch
She refuses to go out in the snow! Lol, Bella is a little diva.

OK, here is one, kinda

I'm dying for an update on little Petunia.
