Well, there has long been an issue about a single months bill from what was actually 5 months back.They said it was an over sight and did not get billed due to teh system being down for 4 days. I also had a email saying the woudl credit the account for that time and they never did.

I also paid that month but they show no record of it and I will have to dig for it but will do it. I know it was paid but with network54 its like pulling teeth, you can never win, and they wont reply....I wont tell you what i think of that, but im sure you know...lol..

anyway it IS cleared up now, i just paid them the 54.00 for that month and cleared it up since it is worth more to me to have the forum look right for guys now. In teh other case it could take 2 weeks to resolve if it ever did, so i just paid it and have the forum back right now and I will deal with them now about it but dont expect to get any results...lol... enjoy!
