New Orleans?

The first week in May I leave for New Orleans.
I have been told that (the Bulldog) - located in
the Garden District is a must see. Would
anyone here know?

Thanks

Rod......lol......roflmao....

I am laughing because I always spent the summers with my grand folks in a small (450) town in Iowa. I know how Saturday nights were, for a small town, I think there were three bars. And, all the farmers would be in town, with their white foreheads and tanned/red faces, enjoying the beer. Yup.........a dangerous bunch........lol

dangerous?

My middle name is dangerous.
After all I grew up on the mean
streets of Omaha.

Okay, a drunken farmer dose not
compare to a mugger but can be
dangerous in it's own right....

I bought a glass from their website for my grab bag

So I am pretending I went there   When you do go, take pictures!

Love them Bullies!

New Orleans is awesome....but as Gary said it can be dangerous..so keep your wallet or your money in your 'front pocket'..they can slip it out of your back one from 50 feet away....lol...have a great time...ce

The trivia

I like the trivia that they have on the tvs inside.

Thanks Gary..

I was under the impression that if
I drink allot of beer I would get a
free tee shirt! I drank allot of beer
for allot less - that for sure..

I live near New Orleans

It's over on Magazine Street. Someone on this board, I think it was Emily, posted a link to their web site. It's a pretty cool place. They have tables outside where you can sit with your dog (not allowed inside tho). They also have little buckets they will pour beer into for your bulldog to drink.

If you're not familiar with New Orleans, Magazine Street is the street that runs all the way from the down town area to the Audubon Zoo and park. Be careful, tho. Some parts of it are near pretty high crime areas.
