Sorry I haven't been here a lot lately - still looking for a new home. I'm working on a project for the site and I need actual color photos of puppies and I'd hate to leave you guys out and only use Willow and Cody puppy pics and those of all of Willow's pups when and if she has pups this fall. If interested I will need you to send at least one really good, clear and colorful photo of just the pup (no costumes, no add-ons, etc. - must be au naturale (or however its spelled), close-up and all of the body, etc. must be in the picture). Picture can be of the pup sitting, laying, sleeping, on its back, standing, etc. The bigger and clearer the picture the better for me to reproduce in a drawing. Since I'm spending X amount of money for restocking my art supplies and man hours to complete this project and not getting paid, it would be greatly appeciated if actual photos were contributed rather than me having to download photos from here and having Shutterbug reproduce every photo at my expense. I do not have a computer at home I can use and its just not the same as holding a picture in your hand and drawing it. Is anyone in? If so, please email me so that I can give you the address to send your photos, please let me know if you want them returned and I'll send them back when I'm through. I must warn you though, not every pup will be selected. I figure I'm in need of approximately six to seven other pups depending on their positions. Who knows, maybe I will be able to fit more. So, can anyone help me or should I use photos from calendars I have? Here's a chance for you to have a pup drawn by me, who the lucky candidates will be - well - we'll have to see when the drawing is finished who the lucky stars are.
I would like to be in also...
Where do we send the picture?
Hello Ce!!!!!! You always make me smile
Well 8 x 10 photo print paper is just fine and is actually wonderful since that will show even more detail. Not sure of the age of the pup, I think from 8 weeks to maybe a couple months old. I think I might want to throw an adult female in and, of course, I'm thinking of using my Willow either as the adult "motherly" female or as a pup herself like she is in the picture below.

House hunting is absolutely frustrating and time consuming. Everyone is doing well. Willow is getting ready for her first breeding and all tests came back showing her in perfect health, etc. I was thrilled to see her win and now she's available as an email postcard. I'm still waiting for Cody to widen. He came in second at the May 25th Puppy Match and my daughter a first time junior handler came in third showing him. Just a shame he isn't wider. Maybe next time.
Hope things are going well with you and your family. I shall try to visit more often if I can, but they're cracking down on internet use in work so I'm very very limited. Guess I'll have to wait until I find a new home and get hooked there. Talk to you later. Take care.
I'm definately in!! Just let me know
where to send a picture!!

LAST CHANCE, because
I cannot spend a lot of time on the board because of work so I won't be on for the rest of the week or so. Anyone wishing to send photos of their pups, please email me at amcmanus@wolfblock.com and I'll fill you in. Otherwise those who have responded will be the pups considered to be drawn (either in colored pencil or acrylic paint or perhaps done using both mediums). Thanks and I hope to see baby pictures pouring in for consideration of the perfect model for a project for this site.
