Why would a bully break out on their belly? I've not seen the pictures, but I'm assuming this must look like bumps/mosquito bites/acne ??? Any thoughts would be appreciated!
try to wash off whatever might be itchy. I'd also give a Benedryl. If she has breathing difficulty or shows any signs of distress, I'd go to the vet. She may need something stronger.

and we took her to the vet. Looked like acne on her belly/groin area and down her legs. Turned out to be a Staph infection. Antibiotics and this awesome cream, by day two, no more red bumps!

After my little man spent a great day lounging in the grass he had some dime sized raised red areas on his tummy. It just so happened that he had a doctors appointment the next day. The vet said it was a reaction probably from the grass. When I got him home I rubbed a little neosporin antibiotic ointment on the areas and with in hours it was totally gone. Hope that helps.

This girl is only about the money. I offered up MY vet tomorrow to check her out for FREE and to introduce her to Cooper in a neutral territory, but she can't find the time and DOESN'T work! She also won't return phone calls and only replies to my calls with emails. What the heck is that about? She started at $1800 and now she's down to $975. I don't do rescue and have no idea how to handle this person. She just needs to hand over the dog! She can't afford her; her ears are a mess; and she's got some mysterious rash on her belly!

This is a girl I'm trying to get. Coop is going in for his semi-annual visit tomorrow. I've offered to let this girl bring her girly bully, at no cost to her, to have my vet check out her ears (recurrent ear infection) and this belly break-out at no charge to her. I'd also like to introduce them in neutral territory. Dr. G has a huge playroom.

That's what would happen to Joe when he was a puppy and he got ahold of some cat food or dog treats that contained soy. His belly would break out in red dots that would spread all over his little body.

I would suspect a contact allergy. Maybe lawn treatment, laundry soap/fabric softener, floor cleaner/rug shampoo. I had a friend that discovered her dog was allergic to her hand lotion, dog's belly would break out after a belly rub.
If it's grass, I think I'd give her a cool bath...

mine get that
just from rolling in the grass.
and i thin donut holes do it too..
i am sure that it will clear up quick if the cause is removed.. could be anything from soap used on the floor to something that was eaten..
i hope things work out.
bulldogs ehh!
I wish I knew ... but it sounds more like a rash

Are they large or tiny? Are they sore looking or just 'rashy"?

I doubt this girl has had any special bully rubs with lotion
She's just a year old. Maybe grass? How is that treated?

It's not mine!
It's one I'm trying to rescue.

If its only on the belly

YOU MAY BE RIGHT...
These could be big bites or maybe a reaction to grass or weeds. Do the bumps bother the bullie? If they bother your bullie, you can try some Benadryl.
