there is a way--with a big but in it--you have to be a real pain in the you know what and constant calling calling calling. I was fortunate with this case-got the pictures to prove his conditions of living--didnt post anymore because they werent appropriate for this board. We also got him on driving after suspension-as he tried to see the pony without a liscense after we moved him to a safe place with water and food and he had several oui"s. My friend who is a detective let me know rules and regulations concerning critters also. I had alot of help. It can be done but it really is alot of work to make people pay and not ever have an animal again. I think it took a year to get this one to court.The woman who took the pony in got it to court.

Now if we could make some of the courts apply the same law and for people that are abusing some dogs, that they can NEVER own another dog....That would be great.

Oh god how sad and how pitiful he looks, thank goodness he now has people that love him and will make him happy. I just love happy endings.

I just wasnt sure if the board would mind or not--but the court thing went so well today i had to share the story with all of you!
