My Christmas - a photo story

After sharing Roxy's amazing Christmas story yesterday, I thought I would tell you about my holidays. Not being the frisky youngster that many of you are, or a budding card shark like Roxy, things were pretty low key. The best part was that I got to hang out a lot with my grandpa. He loves to read and I love to help him read.

Here we are getting set up. I was trying to get just that right angle. He's reading the book mummy bought him for Christmas.

We are in full reading mode here. He says my snoring helps him concentrate. And that it adds an "interactive component" (whatever that is) to the reading experience.

Now, I've got to confess here, neither one of us is reading

Last but by no means least, I want to show you what my boyfriend Onslow bought for me. He sent me a special Christmas package and this was my favorite thing - it's like a piece of candy but it squeaks. I slept with it for days. Also, it smelled like my man (I think he licked it before sending it) so that made it extra special.

It has to be prescribed so I can only get it through my vet. At least here in Canada.

And he really misses the big guy so he was more than happy to hang with Stella. Unfortunately, he wouldn't stop saying how she was getting old too and that we wouldn't have her much longer either. DH finally had to get mad at him and tell him to stop saying that. Dontcha love family Christmases ?!
