Haven't you used your males at 9 months? How old was Carol's when she used him? If one purchased a male for the thought of being able to breed to their bitch, are you saying that they should have skipped the season and waited 6 months, because of your screw up with the papers? Maybe they shouldn't have used an unregistered male, but don't throw stones at them if you live in a glass house yourself.

And as far as them needing the dough? Well Marcel, with ALL the stud services you've had, and ALL the puppies you've sold, guess you needed the dough, too.

This booard might have more pet than show owners, but we aren't stupid here. Owen

why can't we all just get along?

Be nice to one another! lets try to keep this board as postive as it has always been!

Your a little uninformed on this one

Owen,

I have admitted to providing late papers because the breeder had problems with a signature missing. This has all been said before.

Problem is, they are the ones that bred without papers in hand and banked on them being here in time.
They alomst were but the owners of the dog made commitments they couldn't fullfil without the papers.
Akc would have told them to wait.

They didn't and had no papers to register the litter in the beginning but they are here now. They can regsiter the litter and all that stuff. AKC caused a tremendous delay in their processing the papers.
It's a matter of public information vailble on the AKC's site.

I wasn't throwing stones. These people have been slandering me on this site and I responded. Just as you did when you thought I was in the wrong.

Oh, I did breed Cool Dude when he was nine months old.
Also had his papers in hand. If I hadn't, I would have waited until I did or waited to register the pups. In both situationsm, I would not have sued somebody.

Good bye.
