Lynn, protein and aggression

I checked the freeze dried food we have been heavily using for treats for Audrey to help with her agression probs, and it's 42% protein! She has had some stinky nose wrinkle issues again too, so we stopped using it to see if it helps clear it up. Do you remember what the protein/aggression correlation is? She attacked the OTHER dog, Bridget, a few days ago and I shoved her in her crate so fast she had NO idea what happened. Since then when she starts that stare, I tell her to knock it off, and she has so far, (knock on wood) listened to me. She HATES to be yelled at or have me mad at her, so I'm hoping she will keep on listening to me when I tell her to stop.

LOL! I will hug the tyrant!

She is such a booger, today when Princess was let out of the x=pen to go sleep in her fav chair, Audrey MOVED into it, took a few stuffed animals and just HAD to chew on everything we left in it for Princess. Princess hasn't even TOUCHED a single thing in it. I am still keeping them 100% separated at all times.

I think that anything over

21% might be concerned high. Like I had told you, I have read a few studies about the possible connection but the details escape me. Cutting out those treats, might be worth the try.

Good luck and give the little tyrant a hug from me.
