Lucy's wrinkles are kinda red, maybe sore?

I can't see the Dr. until next week, but I noticed when I picked Lucy up,her wrinkles on her face were kinda red, it seems like it may be getting worse. She really won't let me wipe them. I think they hurt. I've been putting neosporin on it. Should I tell the vet, it's an emergency???

Dont use neosporin, its keeps the wrinkle moist. I use Balmax, the smell doesnt bother the dogs as much as desitin. Wipe gentley with a aloe baby wipe, no perfumes. Dry, then rub the Balmax on, lightly, dont use alot.

peroxide and desitin... clears saydees up over night. It comes on over night as well but it clears up and she is much happier....Just make sure not to get it in her eyes......Mine hate the smell...

Try diaper ointment.
It is a soothing ointment. I worked when Lily's got a little irritated.
