I don't understand why she does this, but anytime a dog shows aggression... she runs to them to play! Therefore, she's always getting hurt. We went to the dog park yesterday and there were many dogs there (first nice day around here in a while). Two large dogs got into a fight. The owner immediately grabbed the aggresive dog by his collar and started to walk out of the park. I knew Lola was going to try to approach him, so I started to run towards her, but she got to him before I could get to her. He got one of her neck rolls and made a puncture wound (thank goodness for all that extra skin). I immediately took her to the vet and she's now on antibiotics for the next week. At first I didn't think she had even noticed what had happend, but once we were home, she peed on the bathroom rug (she doesn't have accidents when I'm home) so I think she might have been a little shook up.... my poor baby!
