Sam (my 5 yr old bully mom) had her liver spots (dark brown spots, especially on her belly) come out after she had first given birth recently.

I was wondering if there's any way to remove them? Also, she had been experiencing dry skin and is scratching his paws.

I had given her vitamin e and bathe her with Zuma for Dry/Itchy Skin. Am I doing it right?!?
