Little Daisy Update

Little Daisy continues to fight to get better although she is still not completely out of the woods. Her xrays show improvement today which is great news and she keeps moving in the right direction! Her breathing does continue to be labored but we are hoping that will get resolved over the coming week as her lungs improve.
Such a tough road for our little girl, she's so young but luckily she is very spunky. The vets didn't expect her to make even through Friday, so this improvement is a miracle for us!
Thanks again for all of your good thoughts for little Daisy!

I am so happy to hear positive news about Daisy
What a little angel she is! Positive thoughts coming so that she may continue to improve. I know she will be home with her new loving family very soon.
Keeping Daisy Girl in my prayers.
Don't worry too much if the breathing isn't perfect for a couple more weeks. It can take a while to knock all that congestion out of there....it took Sophia 2 months to sound and feel better after her illness.
Daisy sounds like a real little fighter:-) Thanks for the updates, I look for them daily.

Sounds like your little girl is a tough cookie. We sure hope she pulls through, I was catching up this morning and was so sad to read the original post.

Thank you again for all of your well wishes for our sweetheart Daisy! They are cautiously optimistic, but she keeps moving in the right direction and I am praying that she will keep getting better till she can come home!
Yes
Her mama was acting upset about something on Thursday. Mostly mama just sleeps and snores but on Thursday she was walking around, barked a few times and I even called dh at work to tell him something was bothering mama but I couldn't figure out what it was. She licked the puppy which she hadn't been doing and I think she knew the puppy wasn't feeling well or wasn't right and was trying to tell us. She hasn't seemed upset while Daisy's been in the hospital, but dh has been sleeping on the couch with her to try and make her feel better. I was also worried about the mama's bulldog tremors and wanted him right there with her in case something started happening with her. So much worrying!
will continue to keep Daisy in my thoughts..
