click START in the taskbar at the bottom of your desktop then Programs then Accessories then Paint in Paint go to the top and clickFILE click Open find your picture in whatever file you have them.... then click OPEN in that pop up box where your picture is. go back to the top of the page click IMAGE then Stretch/skew in the boxes horizonal and vertical change it from 100 to about 25 make sure it's the same in each box. and you may have to play around with those numbers a bit..to get the size you want... when you are have the size click OKAY then back to the top click FIle then Save As change the name of your picture in the pop-up box (keep it ahort all small letters..and no symbols make sure there are no spaces inbetween your letters)
then click Save in that pop-up ... and that should do it... be sure your pictures are in JPEG format...
also Lisa you can try....using paint in your windows program...
