..it's a long atory but suffice to say ..it's about a head injury my daughter substined over 3 yearsago..and the insurance company,court appointed guardian(for her financial protection,the judge..and then the parents to come to agreements on..
it's a on going mess...frustrating...and we just have to jump through all the legal hoops ...thanks for asking...ce

I know what you are going through. We had to go through all that crap with our daughters situation too. She is 8 now so we have 10 more years of it.

It seems werid
that some one else has a say so and makes money off of it. They should do it pro bono .
thank you...what chaos...I really hate that some one other then
can makes say yes or no to her needs...and then use her settlement monies to line his pockets...for having that right...
