Kate suggested that I ask for your help. A friend is considering adopting a rescue bulldog with spina bifida and would like more info on what to expect. She understands that the diaper issue will be life-long and is OK with that. She would like to know about life expectancy, long-term medical costs, and and other associated medical problems.
