It is about 7 hours north of us so I am not sure if I will be going in time to finish the contest-I know i will be going the 3rd week of July but I dont have a computer up there and I think I will not make the deadline-even so I will get a picture and post it!

In that picture he was in the reeds so he was standing. But he was swimming that day without his lifejact prob up to my shoulders-I am 5'1''. I need to purchase a new lifejacket for him this year-its not fitting as well and sometimes it twists and he swims kinda sideways-which is amusing to watch as well but I am sure irritating to him. He as a water kong that I through for him and he even dives his head underwater to try and get the rope.

Winston loves to swim!!
We were in Northern Wisconsin and my familys cabin-behind our cabin is a big field and Winston and I were playing with a ball-well I guess he got bored and decided it was time to go swimming because he just took off for the water-I happened to have my camera outside so I got some good pictures of him-although normally he is required to wear his lifejacket to go swimming so I was taking pictures and watching him like a hawk and praying I didn't have to go into the 50 degree water after him =)
Last summer my girlfriend and her lab came up with Winston and I-Winston for the most part kept up with the lab(with his lifejacket on) in the water I was pretty impressed. Although Jeter(lab) would run and dive off the dock and my lovely ungraceful dog kinda would fall in head first so he started with a bit of a disadvantage =)

PS-he fits in with his mom-I swam and played water polo since 2nd grade through hs and I scuba dive now-I cant stay away from water and neither can he!
I will try-not sure when I will make it up there again

OK, you just HAVE to post a pic of
Winston diving off the dock! That is a definite contest winner.
His swimming abilities are impressive!
Nice pic!
