....I think I've missed about 3 pages of posts..whew ya'all are chit and chatters...chuckle
....three things :
One our little village has the 2nd largest memorial days parade in the state of Illinois..it over 2 1/2 hours long..and the village is over flowing...with flags,horses,soilders from all the wars...cotton candy and clowns...(the last one is scary..yikes!...lol)
..however most of my day was spent ..with my mum ..she fell ...and this should explain where I get it from ..she was climbing on the back of her couch to save a spider on the ceiling...she slipped..and hurt her wrist and twisted her ankle...it could have been worse..but she is pretty banged up..so I didn't want her alone till we were sure she was okay...I have threatened to remove the couch if she doesn't behave...grin
.......Cody..he is acting more like himself ..grinning..spending more and more of his day in the house with the whole gumbo gang...just tool his last antibiotic pill this morning...
..the eating is a problem..and I don't quite understand it...if I take the softened food and when he puts his tongue out like to lick I put the food on his tongue abut two inches back..he can swallow it..any where else it just falls out of his mouth ..and he can not scoop it up on his own...we've tried 4 different bowls,raising the bowls....but hand feeding is the only way he actually gets any in to swallow...is this something that happens with palate issues?no wonder the sweet guy is sooooooooo skinny...
....well I've got about three more posts in me...chuckle
... I don't know if I'll be able to catch up../..think I'll just have to try and zoom the missed posts..and start fresh with todays....

my mum is a wonder woman...with a mind set all her own...but she scares the pucky out of me sometimes..
she missed hitting her head on the marble coffee table only by inches....she said she likes to keep me on my toes...lol...ce

when I hand feed him he is famished...
we did try to alomst liquid-fy the food ..but them his poop was liquid also...it's a catch twenty two so to speak...
Your so funny...Hubbie figures after knowing me for over half his life..That what will be will be...
it's the normal calm days that scare him...lol

I guess you get it honestly. Is that something we have to look forward to in the future from you. I bet your hubby worries about you all the time.

Cody probably not use to eating. Could it be he has just forgot how to eat. My mom did when she got alzheimer and we had to feed her and tell her to chew and swallow. Hope you get it figured out. How does he do on liquids. Maybe they gave he like a cruel to eat and not solid food. Anyway my 2 cents.

Glad you're back and that Cody is doing better.. For the soft poops, try a little soft pumpkin with his gruel.. Can hardly wait to see more pictures of him!!
As for saving spiders.. I just CAN'T.. I suck them into the vacuum system and let it run a long time so they never come out!!! Sorry Ce..!! That's one heartbeat I can do without!!!
