i'm so proud of my little Leeloo...
Submitted by Anonymous on April 20, 2010 - 5:27pmsince this past weekend she has been staying out of her crate with free range of the house (well only the 1st floor since she still doesn't do stairs) all by herself while we're out... no accidents, nothing destroyed! YEY! 
She still sleeps in her crate at night, but I feel so much better about having her able to play or sleep or walk around when we're not there... oh, my little girl is growing up! 
she's 14 weeks old today!

Leeloo does the same thing... she'll stand "very quietly" by the front door and if you don't happen to see her and let her out, she'll go... although I've managed to not get any poops in the house yet, just some pee... silly girls! I'm going to try the whole hanging a bell on the door knob to see if I can get her to use it.

She weighed 14 pounds last time she was weighed which was a week-and-a-half ago, and she's been averaging 1.5 pounds p/week, so I expect she's at around 17 pounds now... right behing ya Miss Gertie!!! Hee hee hee!

Ya thats what I thought, they do soooo good for about a week and BAM pee on the floor hhehhe.
Gertie is doing great, she has free range of the house now - we took her crate away about 5 days ago and she sleeps through the nite, but when she has to go she just walks up to the door and doesnt make a peep and waits about ten seconds and if no one is there then she goes, so I woke up to three piles of turds this morning lol - but at least shes getting the hang of it.
How much does our little leeloo weigh now ?!

That is great...I only hope my pup does as well. And I hope she keeps up the good behavior! You must be training her well
