It's so true. I could have had the worst morning in the world. I grab my coffee, toast, and sit and catch up on the board. By the time I am done I am relaxed and ready to start my day. Bulldog Therapy! If webbie could bottle it and sell it he would be a very rich man!LOL

I'm sorry you don't feel well. Hang in there and hope you are back to normal soon. Get some rest (if you can) and hopefully things will be brighter and happier for you soon

I know it well....had my back operation----L4-S1--
my left leg is still dead.....what helps me is to lay flat on your back on the floor---bring one knee up at a time..till your foot is flat..and think of a hole in your back and sand falling on to the floor..It helps to relax the back so you can get it as flat as ya can........Good Luck--that hurts.

Hope you feel better soon! This place always lifts my spirits too.
