I beg for your prayers tonight. (OT)
Submitted by Melissa and George on April 21, 2010 - 12:38am My grandfather had a massive heart attack and we "lost" him about 9 times on the way to surgery. They ended up doing an emergency triple bypass and they told us to expect the worst, but he came through the surgery WAY better than they thought. The next twelve hours are critical and they are still concerned about brain damage because of the time he had no oxygen going to the brain. Now it's just a waiting game. No news is good news and we are back to the ICU in the morning.
I ask you from the bottom of my heart to please say a prayer for us. I've seen first hand the miracle of this board.
