them having as much an odor when it's cold out. During the summer it's about every two weeks. I use J&J baby shampoo. Winter can really dry the skin, so I try to wait for a rainy day to do baths. I think the higher moisture content in the air helps the dry skin issue. I use malaseb wipe on wrinkles and ears every day. I think that keeps a lot of odor down. And, of course, we clean the unmentionable areas with baby wipes, lol.

I think you strip the natural oils from their skin doing it too often. The outdoor conditions here allow the dogs to stay nice and clean for a long time, they love to sleep on the comforters and rub the excess soil off on them, I guess! LOL!

Always in my heart...
I don't know that it is the best, but it won't burn their eyes.

Only every few months
Stella hardly ever smells "doggy". Which is good for both of use because she hates getting a bath!
I will add too, that bathing seems to be a personal preference.
less often and their bullies seem to be just fine.

Malaseb wipe question
I've been using regular baby wipes for the folds but maybe I'll try these other wipes. Do you dry the folds after using the wipes? Thanks!
