I was just wondering how often one female should be breed. I'm looking to buy and the breeder is expecting a litter in July from the same dog who had a litter four months ago. That seems like a lot to me. What do you think. Renee
SOME WILL BREED BACK TO BACK THEN NOT BREED FOR 2 HEATS. A BITCH SHOULD NOT BE BREED MORE THEN 3 TIMES AND THAT ALL DEPENDS ON HER HEALTH. ALSO A BITCH SHOULD NOT BE BREED BEFORE THE 3RD HEAT.
Does this depend on the size of the litter?
I have heard some will do a back to back breeding if the litter was one or two puppies. Is this considered ok breeding practices?
IT DEPENDS ON THE DOG
