farcus did that once when we corralled around the crate to give him more room. the door swung open allowing him space. i walked in the front door, and there was an empty crate. i freaked out until i heard him trotting down the hall, wiggling all the way...

What a smart little bugger! I'm very impressed with her skills. Spikes crate opens by squeezing the lever opening the top and bottem rod in the hole thingy. He hasn't figured that one out yet, but I do hear him push on the door once in a while

Sheldon did the same thing at about the same age. One night we went out for the evening and came home to find Sheldon sitting on the couch contently watching t.v. He chewed off the lock. Needless, to say, he now has run of the house. The couch is his favorite place.

Ce, too funny! I always laugh because whenever Elsa manages to do something like this, she is soooo PROUD! (like the time she busted the baby gate down, you would have thought she just won homecoming queen!)
I am going to have to examine the cage and see how she managed to get it open...I'm betting she did something similar to what Mojo did!!! He must have told her how to do it...I'm laughing soooo hard...
I'll be sure to let Elsa know that Mojo is proud of her. Give him hugs for us!

the first time we left him crated for an hour..we came home to his wiggle bum at the front door with the rest of the gumbo gang...I was shocked..then I looked at the crate and he had just pushed ,I suspect his big hard head,...against it till it bent the lock and the door opened...and poof freedom...we have to use 4 bungies cords on it now at night to hold the door shut ...two would do ,..but it takes longer to chew through four....chuckle..MoJo says to tell Elsa he is very very proud of her....ce
