I won't post since he's a minor, even though it's out there for anyone to see. I've printed his page. He's probably using one of my freakin' laptops right now. Doesn't this somewhat incriminate him? The Sides guy is not a minor.

That's not a cheap car. These pics were taken before they keyed the left side. Surely, they are charging all 3 with something. The investigating officer said it was a Class B felony. I don't know criminal law, but since they left with a gun, I've read that's bad news for them.

I'm considering a civil suit against the parents of the minor. I can't get a lot of info out of the investigator yet. I'm going to jump on to alacourt to see if the other two, of age, have been charged with anything.

It's summarized below for Gary. I want my things, especially my mom's jewelry and my grandmother's jewelry. Hub is trippin over the fact that they came inside, but more so over the damage to the paint on a 1940 Ford Coupe (just like a man), fully restored, that was in the garage. He's insisting on surveillance cameras. IDK.

Here's the short story
My house was broken into Monday. One boy that Hunter tries to help pulled him away by calling and saying he needed a ride. Hunter left; didn't arm the alarm or lock down the garage doors. Michael gets a few miles from his grandmother's house and tells Hunter he needs to make a call. Won't call his dad from Hunter's cell phone and insists on a pay phone, then tells Hunter he has to go straight home. Hunter takes him back to his grandmother's house; not his dad's house. On the way home after taking Michael back, Hunter sees Michael's car (which he said wasn't running; usual and not the first time) with two boys he doesn't know in it and turns around. They run. He comes home because he thinks something is wrong. The garage door is wide open, the door to the house is open, and someone has broken in. My neighbor ID's one of the boys and the car (Michael's car). They left too fast and caused attention. The 15 yo with that quote was picked up on Monday and the investigator recovered one of our laptops and an antique gun stolen from our house. The other 2 were brought in on Wednesday. They must have said they had an involvement because they say this 15 yo had everything taken (laptops, cash, jewelry, etc.). They also keyed an antique car in the garage. That's why I think it's incrimiating. He's calling out Michael Sides.

Okay, I missed the story too . . . what happened?
and, are you asking me if that quote incriminates him? Doesn't sound incriminating, why do you think it is. If it said something like "I busted into so and so's house," that would be incriminating.
