here is Sugar's rescue story.....pics

when we first brought her home 
griffin loves her 
the girls love each other 
her today 
the gang
hugs and prayers to all that are hurting....Sugar's story is that I found her on Petfinder, never had I been on that site at all so I know that its the hand of the Lord working there...I saw a pic of her, she was a mess not much fur, you can tell from the pics her eyes she didn't feel right...I filled out the adoption paperwork figuring that it would be a long time to hear back from them, but they called me within mins of sending it via email...they where a Pug rescue group so I don't think they knew what to do with Sugar...she was used for breeding not sure how many litters she had...she has dry eye, deaf, and allergies...I had to ok this with Jim he looked at me like I lost my mind....lol three dogs, me a cat person...lol and bullies at that....lol well I signed in blood that I would not go to rescue sites again and three would be the limit~~!!! I agreed...we got her home the G's where happy to welcome her, they respected her and didn't take any toys from her and let her have some space for awhile...she was very sick and still had some worms, after peeing pooping in my house I called the rescue group back to take her back... then changed my mind and said I would give her more time, talked with the vet and he said lets deworm her again which would be already three times of that, and it worked she felt much better never pooped or peed in the house again...she is alot of work still can't figure that old girl out she barks alot and Jim gets up with her at night and sleeps by her to calm her down (guess she has daddy trained well)lol we did one obedience class with her and had fun...she will be 9 next month so I figured she can just chill on the couch and enjoy life~~!!! thanks for letting me ramble...and she did only weigh 46 lbs when we got her and her boobies hung down...she gained weight just a little too much but has since gotten down to 58 lbs...

well in 2000 we had 20 inches of snow...my son
was a junior in high and didn't have school for over a week...my daughter didn't work for a week and my husband was in the army then and they closed ft. bragg down for 3 days...we don't have the equipment here to clear the streets...so our street and lot of other back roads didn't get cleared...sometimes I would like to see snow and realize I can't drive in it...lol last year we had 6 inches we don't get it often...but they run to the store and stock up for the "big snow flake" you would laugh your butt off...lol I laugh at them all the time...

have to get wet and cold...although I am freezing this week~~!!!! hubby is taking me on a cruise next month to Mexico can't wait to defrost for awhile...lol

Yeah....but snow is on it's way

I find them very uplifting..
kinda drab days here in the snow..
needed an uplift..lol
