Help with teething!! She is chewing everything except her

chew toys. She loves chewing on my basket that is in my office, and cardboard. I can't seem to keep cardboard away from her. I have sprayed to basket with bitter apple spray but that had no effect. She has nylabones. Do I need to buy new ones to keep her interested. She has lost 3 teeth already and it has been less than a week. I have the Galieo bone. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

card board and frozen washcloths and towels

is what i gave my dogs. I would go to costco and then put the box on the ground. They still love it. make sure no staples....

We had a delivery a few weeks ago with a clock birthday pres for my sister in law. Well they left it on the front step. Bosco and Bella went out and my dad didnt see the box. needless to say they had it all over the yard and broke the clock.

Teeth! She can't find the TEETH you asked her about, silly! =) n

.

you can't find her toys?

I don't understand what you mean. But, if you can't find her toys..then this gal and you need to go shopping!

I went to the thrift store for a lot of Moop's toys. And I think Walmart has some really good cheap ones too.

I bought about a zillion toys then I switch them out so he stays nice and interested!

Teething

Amy,
She may want something a little softer/squishier to chew on to soothe her gums - Nylabones and Galileos are pretty hard. Try rolling and wetting an old facecloth and putting it in the freezer - they make good 'pacifiers'. Also, the rope pulls with the frizzy ends can be good, or even a cheap stuffed chew toy, as long as you don't leave her alone with it (some of my guys can gut one of those in 5 mins or less!!)

Sharon

Just give it time...

and be persisitent in letting her know what is ok and what is not ok to chew on.

Keep showing her the correct chew toys and praise her when she does chew on the appropriate things.

It will pass...are you going to save the teeth!?
