Ok just in the last couple of hours Dozer is drooling excessivley. I stepped on a wet spot on the floor by his doggy bed and couldn't figure out where it came from. He has bubbles forming at the corner of his mouth and he is dripping. Whats going on? He's only ate his usual kibble today..And he hasn't gotten into anything as far as i know. What could be wrong?
Thanks everyone...
I gave him 1 Tums and it seemed to solve the problem. I got up tonight and the drool had stopped.

Re: Help Dozer's drooling???
upset tummy or something is stuck in his mouth, try giving him some plain yogurt, it works for Rocky

That used to happen to my first bully...
She would have a constant drip and would keep licking and licking.

It would take from 30 mins to a couple hours to finally stop.
I would have to keep whipping her mouth and neck... there was a lot of drool.
Never could figure out why but it always stopped.
It was just more of a inconvenience than anything else.
I would keep her in the kitchen where I have tile until it was done.
Then she was fine.
could be two things....
check inside his mouth he could have some food stuck in his teeth...feel around as best you can....you can also give him some tums or pepcid to see if its a upset tummy....
hope this helps....
if I remember correctly..someone posted it is usually an upset t
peptno is what I have used here in a pinch and it worked.
other times..nothing worked..just had to take its course..
maybe Dozer just has an upset tummy
could also try some plain yogurt and see if that settles his tummy some
wish I could help you more...I was worried when I seen it happen here too in the past..
I am no help..had it happen a few times here tooo....
they drool puddles and then it just stops.
I give my guys something to settle their stomachs..
seen it happen more then once and no idea what causes it..
Bella will drool if she gets really cold on occasion
notice it more if she has been really excited out playing too..
wish I was more help
I've checked his mouth...
and all seems fine there, nothing stuck in his throat or anything, gums are nice and pink. I'm kinda worried here.
