Baby Moses
Funny you bring Baby Moses up. My nieces and I just reread his blog! They were amazed, and upset that someone could let that happen to him. Lisa and Baby Moses will always be in my heart, and in the hearts of many BDW posters! Lisa has carved her place in Heaven!
Looks like I need Moses to....
talk to my golden retriever Bear. We have a picture of Bear wearing my Auburn Tigers hat, and giving us SUCH the stink eye...I swear I raised a Bama fan...Moses HELP!
wish YOU COULD have heard my sons the other night..
they were just so taken in by Moses..
and so on.
My one son said Moses, I would take him in a heart beat..said Lisa would have something to say about that..lol.
true devotion and love and at the same time
the will to survive must have been strong in Moses as well
such a sad case with such a super ending..
very very moving..story
I can see him being poster child for rehab and for bulldog rescue for that matter as well
that was the first question the sons asked..is he is agressive..
that he is good that he is not
I wander if taking him in when he was soo young..if that maybe helps with the agression in a rescue.
I have a pug rescue here that I took in a year and a half ago and he is not at all agreesive and he was beaten everyday for his first 6 months. I took him in about a 7 months old or so.
the vet told me that since Max was rescued early that might have helped him...
Max is a big love bug too.. Max is mine now forever..he stays here..he is a real sweetie
Moses...really is a heart warming story to share.
we all laughed at his antics and pics
the one where he is compared to the California natural bag of dogfood was too cute on your pic threads as well. that made everyone laugh here. but he sure does look that bulldog on the bag..cute
was nice to share something uplifting with my family
everyone needs that once in awhile
YOU are truly lucky to have rescued him
but even luckier to have him as part of your family
Thank you Pat, Baby Moses is the biggest love bug I have ever se
bone in his body even after what he has been through. Not all rescues are so lucky.

You think dogs will not be in Heaven? I tell you, they will be there long before any of us.

You're right, Pat...he is a Poster Child for rehab!!
He's so Awesome
I just love that big boy.
