HAPPY AUSTRALIA DAY Everyone !!!!!
Submitted by Sandy Down Under on April 21, 2010 - 12:34amWe moved interstate last week and have arrived safe and sound back in our 'home' town here in New South Wales !!
Berkeley & Peggy-Sue were a dream to travel with and slept almost all the 1500 kilometers as well as spending a night in a kennel on board the Ship (The Spirit of Tasmania) 
It's sooo nice to be back where the people are friendly and we can't count the times this week that people we didn't know have said "Welcome Back"
It's Australia Day down here today so it's a Public Holiday with lots of celebrations happening all over the country (Hubby says they are putting on the celebrations for us !! ) LOL
Hope you guys have all been well, our internet wouldn't work at our new address (they had to send us a new wireless modem which arrived yesterday afternoon) so it's time now to catch up on ALL the emails and what you guys have been up to when you thought I wasn't around !! LOL

very glad to hear the move went smoothly. I just have moving.
And remember what Dorothy said to the Wizard of Oz . . . "There's no place like home, there's no place like home" . . . well, except maybe Disney World.

love to visit but I am tired of moving...lol Jim had 28 yrs in the Army and we lived all around the world, its nice not to move and pack and unpack...lol

We are ALL so much happier back 'home' !
Our front door has been like a 'turnstyle' with all our son's friends dropping in to say Hi !!
Our son Lincoln starts back at his old high school next Monday !!! (one happy boy !!!)

We are only renting the house we are in at the moment untill we sell our one down in Tasnania .. which remionds me............... would you like to buy a fully renovated 20sq home on 1 acre in beautiful Tasmaia for $275,000 ???
LOVELY place ... pity about the locals !!! LOL
