Guinness finally got spayed today! And listen to this!

Well, we only waited so long because the first time we scheduled our truck needed body work and the next time we scheduled she was in heat--that was back in early March. The vet said that when she saw her uterus it was huge--she is still in heat! It's been about 3 months! Weird! The vet also found a lump on one of her ovaries--nothing to worry about at all--she removed it. She said that may be why we have had such problems with Guinness peeing everywhere all the time. Maybe now this little girl will quit peeing on my carpet--wishful thinking. Anyway, she is A-OK and I am so happy!!! I almost cried when I left her there, but I knew she was in good hands

Great news! Please keep us posted on the post-spay peeing habits

happy to hear!

That is such good news

am so happy for you. And who knows the lumps could have been the cause of her peeing alot. Hope that it was and she will stop now.

Congrats, that must be a relief

Well not doing well

Driving to the vets there and back today was over 4  hours--OMG can I say PAIN!!!  At least I don't have to worry about my Guinea-poo getting impregnated by some non bully now so it was worth it

We take her to a vet that was recommended on Bulldogs World. It is an hour away and expensive, but it is SO worth it. I trust her completely with my bullies--that's why I wasn't too worried. I did feel horrible for leaving her there though She's home now, tired as can be, poor girl
