Guess what...
Submitted by admin on April 20, 2010 - 5:26pmhappened to me today? My wonderful "son" Ice is lazy at times!! Well he decided to pee on the bathroom floor. Well I walk in there, step on it, slip and pull my back out!!! Mind you I have a VERY BIG interview tomorrow. So I did the heating pad thing but I dont know what I'll be like tomorrow. Gotta love those bullies!

That is not fun. The suggestion about ice and Motrim or something is good. My husband always has had an ongoing back problem, and so I'm familiar with the occasional ice and heating pad treatments.

that's why it felt like it was getting worse. What do I know...lol I need luck right now, hope I can even get out of bed in the am!
NO HEAT
Ice only for the first 72hours. Heat will cause the blood to come to the inj. area and make more swelling.... Ice on 25 minutes off 1 hour or more then on 25 minutes. If you put ice on to long it will cause more problems.
I think Ice wanted you to stay home with him. Good luck with your interview.
