Going out to the lake .....
Submitted by Anonymous on April 20, 2010 - 5:26pmPerfect day ... sunny, warm, no wind. The guys are already camping out at the lake. Pride is feeling better and the weather is cooperating, so she and I will join the guys for the rest of the afternoon and evening, including steak dinner around the campfire ... aahhhh!
Who knows .. we might get our next summer photo contest entry before the day's over!

Yes, it was Flash
He is doing alot better as far as after the surgery. It will be three weeks ago on Monday and he is using the leg some. The vet said he may not use it well enough to do his left leg for another month. Hopefully he'll be brand new this summer:) We didn't realize just how deformed the back legs were until he got the right one fixed and how straight it is now. He seems to be more playful too, but I think it's because he is competing for attention with Quigly and he loves playing with the boxer puppy. Thanks for asking! Malinda and the pack

We go to Cumberland in Southern Kentucky, it is very nice also. My husband and I want to eventually make it out west somewhere as the pictures that we have seen look incredible. Have fun! Malinda
