Graham Zug is a local boy and played for the best football team in our area.

MT. Nittany is a local landmark, and I guess mountain lions roam(ed) there!
You are so right about Joe, he believes in winning, BUT education is most important, I can remember many good players staying home from bowl games because of bad grades, and others leaving to play for other schools because they could not make the grades. I think he donated alot of money back to the school for a library.
He is one of a kind, and pretty spry for 86 years old!
Good Luck today, I am going shopping so Hubby has the whole day to himself!

our local talk radio hosts have been joking about it the past few days. I know what an African lion is, what an Asian lion is, what a Detroit Lion is, but not what a Nittany Lion is.
And you're right about the meaning of Flynn's name. And she is a red head, sort of, [g].
Good luck to Penn State too, tho not good enough luck to win, lol. JoePa sure is a legend, tho. I am glad Penn State has treated him so well. I have a feeling there won't be too many Joe Paternos in college football in the future, especially with his emphasis on academics as well as football.
