Last day of preschool today for my 3yo. He let Flora out and she got in the car of course. When Iwent to the carpool line to let him out, he wanted to take her with him for show and tell. Several of the teachers saw her and wanted to pet her. His teacher said to bring her in for show and tell. (Sort of surprised me due to liability issues, etc, but maybe others have brought their pets in for show and tell.)Took her back home right quick and dremeled her front nails and got the Ruff Rider harness seatbelt thing and a leash for her and took her back. She was great, didn't jump up or force herself on the kids or anything. Just sort of walked around and let them pet her on her back. Of course my 3yo jumped up and down the whole time. She was great! I was proud of her.
Good job Flora!!
What a proud bully mom you must be. My kids want so badly to take my guys to school but the rules are getting strict. A couple of years ago Tonka and Rugby went to school. Our friends son loves our dogs so much he did a speech on them and asked if we would bring them to school. I had to work but my husband took them. Tonka was about five months old and sat on a wheelchair with a little boy the entire time. Steve said this little boy had a smile from ear to ear. Tonka was so good! He is usually the bad one but he was so gentle with this child. I plan on getting him his therapy dog licence sometime soon.
Flora you sweetheart!
you made so many chil'ons smile today..and your mum is so rightfully proud!!!
..I have taken many critters to school..in fact it's well known at our school if they are studying any type of critter ask my chil'onss to bring one in..chuckle..but my grey Church ..is the schools love..he has even spent the day in the school and in the counsler or principle's office just to get some kiddos to open up ..and talk about what they are feeling...smile
Nothing like a bullie grin to make so many happy...you go Flora...hugs to your loving Mug...ce
Flora... you're such a good bully girl!
Lola has also gotten better about jumping on people, but when it comes to kids.... she loses all control! She has to be with them, in their face! LOL! Flora... can you please teach my Lola a thing or two? pretty please?
Carolina & Lola
Of your three year old or of Flora??
Just kidding. Your last sentence made me chuckle.
What a great girl!
So much fun to have unexpected opportunities to show off our Bullies!
The Star of the Last Day of school
How cute that must have been. That must be a really nice school to allow Flora to come in.

Proud
that Flora was so good, Gary! Proud that my 3yo has the energy and stamina to jump up and down continuously, maybe.
Last nite he was jumping on our bed and Flora was up there, too. Playing like 2 bullies. I told him to stop aggravating her as I was afraid she might scare him, trying to lick his ears and such. She was so good with him despite pillows and jumping(not on her) and running around.
He's active, and I am not. I am more like Flora.
