EVERYONE PLEASE READ: Please DO NOT email that web site

of Cody's breeder, telephone him, or contact him in any other way. Same for the local police, newspaper, etc. in his town.

A surprise raid on his premises is crucical, if it's not too late.

GARY!!!!

For the love of Pete.

Investigation, witness contact, probable cause, search warrants. Do you not know of these things?

Police or FBI storming someone's private property in surprise raids because of ONE dog that is currently under medical care?

I just can't believe I am reading this.

Sue-Bear's picture

what about his sister???

She is obviously in kahoots with him and is aware of his puppy milling. Can she be held accountable as a contributor or something? Let's bring em all down

I will pass the word.....

not a thing was done by me ---I could not even get off this board.... long enought to go potty

THANK YOU GARY!

You are 100% correct...I only hope it is not too late.

???

OMG.

Re: Re: EVERYONE PLEASE READ: Please DO NOT email that web site

As a follow-up to both your and Gary's post, the information IS correct now. With the investigations FIRST, the "raid" on this place can happen.

Perhaps I read incorrectly (been known to happen but that's not the way the posts were coming across.

As someone who has been involved in law enforcement for almost 20 years, I know there's work ahead to legally get on this man's property. The Constitution guarantees people to be free from unlawful search and seizures...even puppy millers and the unspeakable clown that had Cody.

I'm so glad there's things being done. Like I said earlier, we'll see how this thing pans out.

Re: Think of the money he was paid as bait

Oh I agree fully on that one Gary, completely and fully! If it only took a grand to get this open and out, to get proof and we get him stopped and other things as a reslult it IS WELL WORTH IT!!! Just think if all millers/abusers could be stopped for a thousand dollars. It would be done rather quickly and they would end quickly for sure!

Think of the money he was paid as bait

well spent.

i trust you..

...completely to do all that you can.
I know firsthand how frusterating it can be to bring some mills down....esp. in "certain" states....sigh.
Ya know...i'd be happy just to know that his dogs will be seized and it will be ruled against him ever having another pet. (whether he will comply is another story).
I know making him "pay" for his wrongs would be fitting the crime....but at this point i'd just like to see the dogs out of there....and no more near him...

Re: EVERYONE PLEASE READ: Please DO NOT email that web site

Actually Gary is correct Anna. I have seen and even been part of a animal raid. If the evidence is ther and they support it they will serve a warrant and go from there. I also think it is more than 1 dog. I won't go there as Gary said it would be best to have no furtehr contact with this guy in any way. I ask that no one do that. I can say there are things working right now, that is all I can say, but raids with warrants can and do happen. If you have dogs that are abused/animals/ and teh right evidence and then they see this stuff through undercover work they will do as Gary said. I work very closely with units and branches of the Govt on some cases about millers when there is a need. That is part of what I feel is being webmaster of this site is about. Stopping abuse and puppymillers. I have seen it happen twice before! So theer is things to do. and they are being done as we speak. webbie ( that to me is the most important thing that can be done in this case, stop future dogs from being abused by him) I cant go into details on teh open fourm but things are in teh works, trust me!

That's why I said to let the investigators do their work first

They can do any number of things, including sending in undercover "buyers" and then inspectors, plus take statements from Ce and Deb. Once that is done, I don't think a search warrant would be a problem if evidence of animal abuse is uncovered.

As for possible fraud, Deb and Ce's time and expenses are a starting point. It is my understanding that he did not accurately represent to Ce all the facts and circumstances of Cody's condition. If he made untruthful representations while using a telephone or the internet, and they took actions and incurred expenditures of time and money based upon those, he made have problems with any number of state and federal laws.

And to my information, surprise raids on people suspected of animal abuse are fairly common. Many states treat animal abuse cases as felonies. And judges tend to be as harsh on animal abusers as they are allowed under the law.

You referred to just "one dog." The investigators will determine if it's just one, or many.
