or do you have any form of windows?
then go to Start in the task bar..
then programs
then accessories
then paint
..in paint click file
then "open" (find your picture(mine are in my picture file or kodak..but where ever you keep yours find it click on it...)
then CLICK OPEN
then at the top click Image
then Stretch/skew
then in the horizonal and the vertical boxes
change the size I usually start with 25 or 30 in those boxes..make sure they are the same....
you may have to play around to get the size you need...
then click okay
then under file again....click save as...and re-name your file...no capitals..and no spaces...keep it short..no symbols either...

I know this sounds complicated ...but it's really not...just walk it through...and next time it will be a breeze..
