Be diligent with meds and go to the vet asap if it worsens or the eye starts to get cloudy. It's good you took her right in. My prayers to Dolly for a good recovery!

she heeled up perfectly, but it's a L..O..N..G heeling process - we used to have to give her 4 different meds, 3 times a day!! yuck

I know Dolly will be just fine!

Hope her eye heals quickly.

He is all fine now. It took about a few days for the eye to look completely normal. He was only put on the e-collar for a day or 2.

I'm happy to see that Dolly isn't squinting as much already this evening so maybe we caught it quickly enough & her meds are already helping. I know her eye was really bothering her yesterday & today. She's such a good girl, I just hate to see her hurting. Thanks for all your good wishes. They help too!

Owie... that must hurt. Eye stuff bothers me so much. I know I was panicking about a simple cherry eye. Poor sweet Dolly!!!!

they always got the cone so they would not scratch it more.

they take time to heal and can be very stubborn
I take it she has a recheck as well

my sons pug had one and had to go and see a opthomologist specialist and that he got
2 kinds of oitments and some pills by mouth as well

will keep Dolly in my thoughts and you too..

in the rain can only come to "no good"! I'm glad you have meds for her. Ollie's eye cleared up in just a few days when she scratched it last summer.
