and yes it is a breed. I guess people will mix just about any 2 dogs together. Strange dogs and strange folk to 'create' them.

In the photo of the 2 standing on a deck, the fawn dog on the left looks like a shaved down Tibetan Spaniel. From the other photos I can see serious joint issues ahead for these dogs - the way their front legs are bowed and dwarfed.
