doggie birthday cake....
1 1/2 cups All-Purpose flour 1 1/2 tsp. Baking powder 1/4 cup Margarine, softened 1/4 cup Corn oil 1 Jar strained chicken 1 cup shredded carrots 3 Eggs 2 Strips bacon fried and crumbled Plain yogurt for icing .
Sift flour and baking powder together; set aside. In large bowl, cream margarine until smooth. Add corn oil, baby food and eggs and carrots; mix until smooth, gradually add flour and baking powder to the mixture and blend till smooth . Pour batter into well-greased and floured 8 inch round pan. Bake in a preheated 325F. oven 60-70 minutes. Let cool on wire rack a few minutes before removing from pan. Ice cake with yogurt or cottage cheese. Add crumbled bacon bits to top of cake...and have a HAPPY Birthday party!!
