actually Twister likes it best....but Dixie will use it if the water bowl is dry...so it's a nice "back up" to have and I put ice cubes in it too!

the water bowls do get that yucky backwash gunk....
Maybe I will stick with my stainless bowls.
Easier to clean..

When it starts smelling swampy, time to change the water!

altho I prefer, "Globbers." LOL You are right though. That is exactly what it's like. And Junior hacks up exactly what looks like meringue in the morning after he eats.

I HATE eggs, and now that makes me hate them even more! Very appropriate comparison though. GROSS!!!

when she first came home

problem that causes me to change water a bazillion times a day is backwash sludge/saliva. Need to change water often because it gets slimy with globbers. I hate for them to drink globbers. Ewww.

It is a pre-molded bowl.. So they would be drinking out of a plastic bowl...

I just went back and looked again and it's says..
"Bowl placement sensor limits water flow unless bowl is properly placed"
That means you can put a stainless bowl in it... I thought it went into a pre-molded bowl already there.
Man, I think I'm going to order one..
Still want to know what you guys think??
