Roxy gets hairs picked out of the creases in the roof of her mouth about once a week. I use a flat small eyeshadow brush and tweezers for the hairs at the gum line.

Every other week.. She just licks at the little bit of toothpaste.

well the brushing is not a hit here...but gets done..for the bulldogs.
the pugs are a whole other story..they hate it..
I now use a rough baby washcloth and do them that way for the pugs
but still need a pry bar..lol to get into their mouths..

That's very impressive after 5 months. She must trust you fully. =)

when I brush... which is not very often I'll admit. Poor Coopies teeth are gross

I don't think Mocha would sit long enough to let me floss but she does let me brush her lil teefers. I have done it about three times since I got her five months ago. I need to do it more often to maintain. My bully, Sweetie (RIP)... forget about it... it was such a battle to let me get in her mouth she got soooo mad! LOL!

I haven't done it yet but I really need to start - he's almost 4! Do you use the chicken flavored toothpaste? Onslow is allergic to chicken so I'm scared to use it. Do you know if they have other kinds? =)

Stella LOVES her toofie brush.
I show it to her, she sniffs it and then opens wide and lets me brush her teeth.
Right now I don't use toothpaste, but I think I should, cause her breath is STINKY!
I'll try and get my DH to video tape me brushing her teeth, it really is quite precious how much she likes it.

i am a raw feeder..and i use lamb bones they crunch these up....plus i use lamb legs with tendons on and they floss their teeth by pulling on the tendons and meat....
they have very sweet breath....

this is also good for their teeth pig feet....once a month and their teeth will be clean and fresh....

not everyday but at least 3x a week. She has vanilla toothpaste. She doesn't love getting her teeth brushed but she doesn't hate it either.
