Deep snow pics for you warm weather bulldoggers!

Some of you had asked me to show the deep snow and drifts we have from the recent blizzard. Got some of around home today. Try to get the road blockages later this weekend.

In the front of our house, the dog kennel is 6' high as reference. The deck is also filled to the top railing.

Horses in loafing shed where one can see they are chest high in snow. Had to snow blow out to the water and inside so they have some shelter.

This is how horses can walk over fences. The snow is rock hard.

my hubby does most of that. I do the babies and ride my mare when I get the time. We have 8 at the moment, all but one past or present broodmares. We have also one at the Theraputic riding facility in Sioux City IA on loan for their handicapped riding program. All of ours are been there done that horses and nice and safe for me to be around.

average snowfall there a year?? is this normal for you for this time of the year?
I got about 6 inches here again..today and last night..
we are not near what we normally see this time of the year. YOU have got a lot of snow there..wow.

Ontario gets major dumped on in Bruce County. the highway was closed again last night..does not surprise me one bit. OPEN fields up here and it just blows it around
