Cody/reply to all

I spoke with the Breeder of Cody. She has been out of town with out access to a computer. As I had mentioned in a prior post, she was very upset over Cody. She phoned the man you bought him from demanding to know why the dog was not cared for properly. He stated he had the dog to the Vet the morning of the sale.He also stated he had built a $37,000. building to house his dogs. The breeder also stated the dog was sold to his sister, not to him. The sister paid for the dog and should have been on the papers. The breeder was unaware the dog was for sale. She had sold the dog several years ago. To her knowledge the Buyer (sister)was a very nice person and only had a couple other house dogs. Cody was not on any contract with the exception that she was to be notified if they could no longer keep him.
If she had been aware the dog was for sale she would have stepped in somehow to insure he went to a good pet home. He certainly deserves a couch to lay on.
She did ask me to tell all of you she greatly appreciates the efforts you all have made to buy this dog and everything you have done for him. I did convey to her that the dog appears to be very happy where he is now, and that I had no doubt he is well cared for. Her only concern is that the dog is in good hands and will be kept as a family pet.
The breeder of Cody is a very nice person that cares for her dogs. She has been very busy with family illness, and ultimately death of a family member. She will address this issue further with the man that had Cody as soon as she is able.
Again, She wishes to thank all of you and sends Cody a hug.
I hope I haven't missed anything. I am basically going from our phone conversation.Unfortunately, the written word does not convey emotion.

I just have a quick question...

I was just wondering...did Cody's breeder sell him with a nueter contract? Or was she aware that he was going to be used as a stud? I'm sorry if this question has already been addressed, I was just curious.
