I really am so happy over this decision, I think he needs to stay with you. I appreciate Jane's wanting to help and from what I have heard she is a super lady, but I am just glad you are keeping our boy.

Ce, I was hoping you would keep him and find a way around the 5 doggie limit - Hugs to all those doggies there and to you and your family.

That's the reason I could not foster or rescue....I am such a wimp and my heart gets to attached to fast. I could never go into it as I am just keeping till I find a home. It comes anywhere near me and its already got a home.....

Ce I want to say I think that you are the most,kind,loving, etc...............person I know. I am so very happy that you are keeping Cody now Mojo has his Daddy and Cody finally has a real home and can get the love and attention he needs. I am so happy for you and your family..... Hay john or jane doe, (since I dont have your name). If you would like your money back email me and I will see it gets back to you. You can go through me to get it back if you prefer no names here. Never can you satisfy every person. I see at least 20 to 1 posts that say go for it! As I do with board issues I go by the vast majority of what people say.

So the posts speak for there self. When I do something then I choice it based on what the majority of the board wants done, yes it ticks a few off, but i have to go by the majority to be the fair. There is no way to satisfy everyone.

The point is I don't see a problem in this issue myself, She has got attached, he is in a great home, that and only that is the issue at hand! Codys future which looks pretty bright to me. Like Gary said I have many things going on now as do others and I will see you get the money back if you email me, tell me how much and then I will ask ce for a list of all names and email addresses who donated so I can look it up and see what you gave and I will send it back to that email address at paypal to you with no further questions asked and your i.d. not revealed since i will get a full list who donated then no one knows whos name im looking for that way. If this person feels duped, I assure you, we don't. I believe that you have lost sight of the whole goal of rescue. The purpose was to take Cody from a bad environment and to give him a good home. He has found one. If Mr./Ms Grumpy wants his/her money back, I'll help replace it, if it's needed. The photos of a sick bullie, now getting healthy and smiling is reward enough for me.

The thing was to get Cody out of those conditions. At the time it looked like Kristae was taking him. What's the difference? Decisions were made among the parties involved, and they are happy.

You would be happier if he goes to Jane (bless her for volunteering to help), then after over all his medical issues, then placed into another home? He evidently has settled in comfortably with Ce, and she has been able to work out the original problem of number of dogs.

IF...you really donated torwards Cody, what conditions did you have on giving your money? What would make YOU happy?

OK, everybody...tell me the truth. ce was the one who organized the fund raiser for Cody and now ce is planning to keep him. ce was your goal to get everyone else to pay for your dog for free? I want my donation back. This seems so dishonest. However, if you tell me it was all coincidence, I'll believe it. I don't want to leave my REAL name for fear of the wrath of this board.

Sorry Ce, but as soon as I saw the pics of Cody with Rachel I knew that dog wasn't going anywhere. Another traveling Bohemian for the Mojo van. You know it is in your blood. Incapable of having small families whether children or pets!

I knew you were falling in love with him...I think it is best not to change his environment again.

I am not really surprised, Ce. I could tell he was working your way into your family's hearts. I am amazed by Mojo's not being jealous, but so accepting and loving to him. I almost couldn't believe that you were going to send him to Jane after seeing the pictures. I thought "wow, she's strong!" Although I know it will be a lot of work with doctoring and house training and all. Jane sounds like the type of person who will be there for advice and support, too, regarding all of his issues. I figured the longer he stayed, the harder it would be to let him go.

He'll have a great home and a bully friend, Mojo.

I didnt want to say anything about him being there, but in my heart i kept thinking about he and his son being together---and you watching--the board helping--all the love and i am sooooo happy he is going to stay with you!
